In accordance with section 16(6) of the Government of Wales Act 20061 a draft of this Order was laid before, and approved by a resolution of, the National Assembly for Wales.

Accordingly, Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 16(1) and (5) of that Act, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows:
