2. The following provisions of the Children and Families Act 2014 come into force on 1st April 2015—
(a)section 70(1), to the extent that it is not already in force;
(b)sections 70(2) to 75;
(c)sections 96 and 97;
(d)section 105;
(e)paragraphs 55 to 58 of Schedule 3.
