7.—(1) Regulation 15 (issue of new registration document) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (3)(a) for “of Annex II to Council directive 70/156/EEC” substitute “in paragraph 1.1.1. of Part A of Annex II to Directive 2007/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a framework for the approval of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles(1)”.
(3) Omit paragraph (4).
