Provisions coming into force on 5th March 2015

2.  The following provisions of the Infrastructure Act 2015 come into force on 5th March 2015—

(a) Part 1 (strategic highways companies) for remaining purposes,

(b) section 24 (native and non-native species etc) so far as it relates to England, and

(c) section 25 (Part 4: supplementary) so far as it relates to England.
