From 1st April 2015 until the coming into force of paragraph 45 of Schedule 12 to the 2014 Act the reference to the Audit Commission for Local Authorities and the National Health Service in England (“the Audit Commission”) in Part 6 of Schedule 1 to the Freedom of Information Act 2000(1) is to read as a reference to the person or body by whom functions of the Audit Commission may be exercised by virtue of article 7 of the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014 (Commencement No. 7, Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2015(2).
