SCHEDULE Amendments in consequence of provisions of the Care Act 2014 and the Children and Families Act 2014

47.—(1) In section 17B(1) (vouchers for persons with parental responsibility for disabled children), in subsection (1) after “local authority” insert “in Wales”.

(2) In the heading of that section, at the end insert “: Wales”.
