1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Care Act 2014 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2015.
(2) In this Order—
“the Act” means the Care Act 2014;
“the 1983 Act” means the Mental Health Act 1983(1);
“the SSWWA 2014” means the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014(2).
