The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 7(4) and 7(5) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 19711.
In accordance with section 7(7) of that Act the Secretary of State has consulted with the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs.
