3.  The regulator must exercise its relevant functions so as to ensure compliance with the following provisions of the Industrial Emissions Directive—

(a) Article 5(1) and (3);

(b) Article 7;

(c) Article 8(2);

(d) Article 9;

(e) Article 57;

(f) Article 58;

(g) Article 59 F1 ...;

(h) Article 60;

(i) Article 61;

(j) Article 62;

(k) Article 63;

(l) Article 65;

(m) Article 82(7), (8) and (9).
