26.  In regulation 4(1)(b) and (2) of the Persistent Organic Pollutants Regulations 2007 M1 , for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”.
