33.  In regulation 5(4)(a) of the Mercury Export and Data (Enforcement) Regulations 2010 M1 , for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010” substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”.
