40. In regulation 3(4) of the Volatile Organic Compounds in Paints, Varnishes and Vehicle Refinishing Products Regulations 2012 M1, for paragraph (a) of the definition of “solvent emission activity” substitute—
“(a)Schedule 14 to the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016;”.
