57. In regulation 2(1) of the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2013 M1, in the definition of “relevant authorisation”, for “the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010”, in both places it occurs, substitute “ the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”.
