1.—(1) The descriptions in this Chapter—E+W
(a)are set out in the first sub-paragraph of paragraphs T1 to [F1T33], and
(b)include associated storage.
(2) The specific conditions for each description in this Chapter are set out in the third sub-paragraph of paragraphs T1 to [F2T33].
(3) The general condition for the descriptions in this Chapter is that the operation is for the purposes of recovering the waste, unless otherwise stated in the specific conditions.
