9.  Regulation 51B of the relevant regulations (additional requirement for applications for ballot paper to be sent to different address from that in records)(1) applies for the purposes of the referendum but as if for sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) of paragraph (1) there were substituted “regulation 62(5)(a) or 66(5) of the European Union Referendum (Conduct) Regulations 2016 by a person shown as voting by post in the record referred to in that provision.”
