1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Public Procurement (Amendments, Repeals and Revocations) Regulations 2016 and come into force on 18th April 2016.
(2) The amendments, repeals and revocations made by these Regulations have the same extent as the provisions to which they relate.
