2.—(1) Section 355(1) (duties of waste collection authorities etc.) is amended as follows.
(2) Omit subsection (7).
(3) In subsection (8)—
(a)in paragraph (a) for “Public Contracts Regulations 2015” substitute “Public Procurement Regulations”;
(b)in paragraph (b) after “notice” insert “or the concession notice (as the case may require)”.
