32. In regulation 18(2) of the Heavy Goods Vehicles (Charging for the Use of Certain Infrastructure on the Trans-European Road Network) Regulations 2009(1) (information requirements where a concession toll is involved) for sub-paragraph (b) substitute—
“(b)the base case on which the grantor under the concession contract has founded the concession notice within the meaning of regulation 6 of the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016.”.
