Commencement2
The following provisions of the Deregulation Act 2015 come into force on the twenty first day after the day on which this Order is made—
a
section 19 (insolvency and company law) so far as it relates to paragraph 12 of Schedule 6 (bankruptcy);
b
section 108 (exercise of regulatory functions: economic growth); and
c
section 110(3) (guidance on duty under section 108).
