(a) omit “The Standards Board for England.”;

(b) insert at the end of the entries under that heading—

““A combined authority established by an order made under section 103(1) of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009.”M1

“An economic prosperity board established by an order made under section 88(1) of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009.”

“An urban development corporation established by an order made under section 135 of the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980.”” M2
