The Representation of the People Act 1985 U.K.

2.—(1) The Representation of the People Act 1985 M1 has effect in relation to the conduct of a [F1 CA/CCA] mayoral election with the following modifications.

(2) Section 15 (combination of polls at parliamentary F2 ... and local elections) has effect as if—

[F3 (a) in subsection (1), at the end of paragraph (b), there were inserted—

“(ca) a [F1 CA/CCA] mayoral election and an election of one or more of the descriptions specified in paragraph (b) or a local authority mayoral election,”].

(b) [F4 subsection (5)] were omitted.
