40.  In article 2 of the Bank Recovery and Resolution (No. 2) Order 2014(1) (interpretation), in paragraph (1), in the definition of “the Bank”, after the words “Bank of England” insert “acting otherwise than in its capacity as the Prudential Regulation Authority”.
