45.  In regulation 7 of the Small and Medium Sized Business (Credit Information) Regulations 2015(1) (designated credit reference agencies to provide information to the Bank of England), omit paragraphs (3)(a), (4) and (5) and in paragraph (3)(b) omit the word “other”.
