11.—(1) The Equality Act 2010 (Specific Duties and Public Authorities) Regulations 2017(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In Schedule 2 after the entry beginning “A fire and rescue authority” insert—
“A fire and rescue authority created by an order under section 4A of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004.”.
