Public Records Act 1958

38.  In Schedule 1 to the Public Records Act 1958(1) (definition of public records), in Part 2 of the Table at the end of paragraph 3, at the appropriate place insert—

• “The Regulator of Social Housing”.

1958 c. 51. Schedule 1 was amended by paragraph 11 of Schedule 2 to the Transparency of Lobbying, Non-Party Campaigning and Trade Union Administration Act 2014 (c. 4). Schedule 1 has also been amended on a number of occasions not relevant to this amendment.
