House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975

40.  In Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975(1) (bodies of which all members are disqualified) at the appropriate place insert—

• “The Regulator of Social Housing”.

1975 c. 24. Part 2 of Schedule 1 was amended by the Schedule to S.I. 2013/294, article 5 of S.I. 2014/3294, prospectively by Part 2 of Schedule 27 of the Water Act 1989 (c. 15) and on a number of other occasions not relevant to this amendment.
