11. The requirement of section 3(3) of the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014 for a relevant authority to prepare a statement of accounts in respect of each financial year ending on 31st March is modified in respect of the Authority for the financial year which will end on 31st March 2019, for the Authority to prepare a statement of accounts only for the period 1st January to 31st March 2019.
