The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(1) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 M1, makes the following Regulations.

In accordance with paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 7 to that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
