The Minister for the Cabinet Office, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 36(1) and (2) of the Representation of the People Act 19831, makes the following Rules.

The Minister for the Cabinet Office has consulted the Electoral Commission as required by section 7(1) and (2)(d) of the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 20002.
