The requirements of paragraphs 3(2) and 17(2) of Schedule 7 to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 20181 (relating to the appropriate Parliamentary procedure for these Regulations) have been satisfied.
The Minister for the Cabinet Office makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 8(1), 23(1) and (6), and 24(3) of, and paragraph 21(b) of Schedule 7 to, that Act.
