Cessation of rights, etc.

3.  Any rights, powers, liabilities, obligations, restrictions, remedies and procedures which—

(a) continue by virtue of section 4(1) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018; and

(b) are derived from—

(i) Article 14(3) of the Treaty on the European Union(1);

(ii) Article 20(2)(b) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union(2) so far as that provision relates to either voting in or standing as a candidate in an election to the European Parliament; and

(iii) Article 22(2) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union

cease to be recognised and available in domestic law (and to be enforced, allowed and followed accordingly).
