Police and Crime Commissioner Elections Order 2012

12.  Paragraph 42A(5)(a) of Schedule 2 to the Police and Crime Commissioner Elections Order 2012(1) is amended as follows—

(a) at the end of subparagraph (iv) insert “or”;

(b) omit subparagraph (vi) and the preceding “or”.
