4.—(1) The Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In section 28(8)—
(a)at the end of paragraph (a) insert “and”;
(b)omit paragraphs (c) and (d).
(3) In section 60(1) for the words “In relation to courts in any part of the United Kingdom, provision” substitute “Provision”.
(4) In section 88(2)—
(a)at the end of paragraph (cc) insert “or”;
(b)omit paragraphs (d) and (e).
(5) In section 92(7) for “(11)” substitute “(10)”.
