These Regulations may be cited as the Social Workers Regulations 2018.

Subject to paragraph (3), these Regulations come into force on the date on which section 39(1) of the Act comes into force.

Regulation 40 (amendment to the Equality Act 2010) comes into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.
