40.—(1) Part 1 of Schedule 19 to the Equality Act 2010 (public authorities: general)(1) is amended as follows.
(2) Under the heading “Regulators”, after the entry for the Security Industry Authority insert—
“Social Work England.”.
Part 1 of Schedule 19 was amended by paragraph 102 of Part 5 of Schedule 12 to the Energy Act 2013 (c. 32) and by S.I. 2011/1060 and 2017/353. There are other amendments but none is relevant.
