The European Communities (Recognition of Professional Qualifications) Regulations 2007 are amended as follows.

In the table in Part 1 of Schedule 1 (professions regulated by law or public authority), in the entry for “Social Worker in England” for “Health and Care Professions Council”40 substitute “Social Work England”.
