42. In Schedule 2 to the Equality Act 2010 (Specific Duties and Public Authorities) Regulations 2017(1) (public authorities required to publish information), under the heading “Education”, for “The Higher Education Funding Council for England”, substitute “The Office for Students”.
S.I. 2017/353. There are amendments to Schedule 2 but they are not relevant to these Regulations.
