107.  In the Pension Protection Fund (General and Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006(1), in the definition of “relevant partner” in regulation 1(2)—

(a) for “— (a)” substitute “but”, and

(b) for the words from “husband and wife” to the end substitute “spouses of each other;”.
