111.  In regulation 1(2) of the Pension Protection Fund (Pension Compensation Sharing and Attachment on Divorce etc.) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011(1), in the definition of “relevant partner”, for the words from “and who was living” to the end substitute “but who was living with the transferee as if spouses of each other”.
