139.  In paragraph 3(c)(ii) of Schedule 1 to the Judgments Enforcement (Northern Ireland) Order 1981(1) (amounts deductible for purposes of a superannuation scheme are deductible in calculating “attachable earnings”), for “widows,” substitute “surviving spouses, surviving civil partners,”.
