Agriculture and Fisheries (Financial Assistance) (Northern Ireland) Order 1987 N.I.

141.—(1) Article 10 of the Agriculture and Fisheries (Financial Assistance) (Northern Ireland) Order 1987(1) (grants for individuals relinquishing occupation of uncommercial units) is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph (2)(c), after “husband” insert “or civil partner”.

(3) In paragraph (5), after “widower” insert “or civil partner”.

(4) In paragraph (6)(a)(ii), after “spouse” insert “or civil partner”.
