Schedule 5 to the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008234 (meaning of “connected persons” for purposes of section 57(2)) is amended as follows.

In paragraph 2—
a
in sub-paragraph (2), for “husband or wife” substitute “spouse”.
b
omit sub-paragraph (3).
