Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 N.I.

146.—(1) Schedule 5 to the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008(1) (meaning of “connected persons” for purposes of section 57(2)) is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph 2—

(a) in sub-paragraph (2), for “husband or wife” substitute “spouse”.

(b) omit sub-paragraph (3).
