150. In the Motor Vehicles (International Circulation) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990(1) in each of the following provisions, for “wife or husband” substitute “spouse or civil partner”—
(a)Article 3(7), in paragraph (a) of the definition of “dependant”;
(b)Article 4(4)(a).
