157.—(1) Regulation 10 of the Regulation and Improvement Authority (Appointments and Procedure) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004(1) (disclosure of pecuniary interest and exclusion of chairman and members in proceedings on account of pecuniary interest) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (4), in the words after sub-paragraph (b)—
(a)after “persons” insert “or civil partners”;
(b)after “spouse” insert “or civil partner”.
