In regulation 9 of the Patient and Client Council (Membership and Procedure) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009274 (disclosure of pecuniary interest etc), in paragraph (4), in the words after paragraph (b), for “married persons living together the interest of one spouse” substitute “two people who are spouses, or civil partners, of each other and who are living together, the interest of one of them”.
