166. In the Assembly Members (Independent Financial Review and Standards) Act (Northern Ireland) 2011(1), in each of the following provisions, in the definition of “cohabitant”, for the words from “of—” to the end substitute “of two people who are living together as if spouses of each other”—
(a)paragraph 3 of Schedule 1;
(b)paragraph 3 of Schedule 3.
