Extension of marriage to same-sex couples N.I.

3.—(1) In Article 6(6) of the Marriage (Northern Ireland) Order 2003 (legal impediments to marriage)(1)—

(a) omit sub-paragraph (e) (parties must not be of the same sex), and the preceding “or”, and

(b) after sub-paragraph (c) insert “or”.
