33.  In Schedule 1 to the Foster Placement (Children) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996(1) (information as to prospective foster parent and other family and household members), in paragraph 1—

(a) after “marital” insert “or civil partnership”;

(b) after “marriage” insert “or civil partnership”.
