Superannuation (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (Northern Ireland) 1969 N.I.

59.—(1) The Superannuation (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (Northern Ireland) 1969(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In section 1(5) (meaning of “derivative benefit” in section 1(3)), after “widow’s” insert “, widower’s, surviving civil partner’s”.
